Personalised 'One on One' training with your own exercise instructor includes:

  • 60 minutes of intense physical training - includes warm up, stretching & cool down
  • Individual encouragement, attention and motivation by dedicated trainer
  • Ongoing support and guidance to achieve your exercise goals
  • Access to meal plans and dietary advice
  • Weight loss and food diary recommendations
  • Sessions may be ran at a range of locations to suit the participant

 

                     Personal Training Prices (One on One)

                                 $75 for one hour sessions

                    Discounts available for regular sessions

              (2 x sessions per week $145 - 3 x sessions $210)
