EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY

Exercising during pregnancy is great for the mother and it's also beneficial to the baby as well

Our classes are designed for pregnant women looking to keep fit, prepare their body for labour and maintain well-being throughout the course of the pregnancy. Classes incorporate gentle stretching and relaxation techniques to prepare you body and mind for the 'BIG DAY'

 

Post natal programs are designed to increase fitness levels, strengthen back/pelvic floor/abdominals and help improve sleep patterns, whilst allowing you to socialise with new and expecting mums. These classes allow you to return to your post pregnancy weight in a structured and supportive manner
