p Weekly Food Diary - Food diaries are tools which allow us to measure our intake, so we can actively set about ascertaining where we are at. Food diaries are reviewed each week by instructors and suggestions and guidance are given to assist the participant get on track and stay there

p Exercise Diary - Everyone receives a personalised exercised diary to monitor their weekly exercise output. This is a visual representation of what you are doing and helps to educate and motivate

p Goal Sheet - Goal sheets allow the participant to plan and map out where they are, where they want to be and how long it is going to take to get there. They are a great inspirational tool

p Measurement and Weight monitoring - Body measurements taken in combination with body weight, give the participant measurable and achievable result indicators of how their healthy living program is affecting their body and appearance

p Responsible eating education package - A multi pronged approach to a healthier and happier life starts with what we put in our stomachs. This starts with education! You will be given various and interesting nutritional information for you to implement in combination with your exercise routine

p Guidance, advice and ongoing support - Your instructor is your contact, motivator and friend. Goals are much easier to achieve when you have someone to talk it over with who knows where you are coming from

p 8 x one hour group training sessions - Outdoor fun, fitness with friends
