Group Fitness - Personal Training - Pre and Post Natal Exercise

Our goal at Step Up Group Fitness is to provide for the people of the Hills District a competition free, enjoyable environment to exercise and achieve personal results, whilst training in a group situation. Our group training programs cater for all ages and incorporate a range of exercise based tasks to achieve your results. Look at this style of training as personal training surrounded by friends. Our group sessions are motivational, testing and a real opportunity for you to reach those illusive fitness goals.

For those wanting more private personal training sessions, one on one personal training is also available at a range of times suitable for you.

Outdoor training in a range of easy to access locations

We train in a range of easy to access locations, including ovals, parks and indoor sports centres. All locations are within the Hills District . Dependant on which days you are training, will depend on the venue for that particular group exercise program.

Children Welcome

Our classes are designed to be child friendly. Our training stays within a small geographical area, allowing parents to bring the kids (along with some books/toys/etc) to keep them occupied. It is a great opportunity to get the kids out of the house and outside watching mum or dad do something positive for their health.

Children remain under the care and control of mum or dad, however the proximity and style of training allows parents and children to interact throughout the training process. No more excuses not to exercise because you have to look after the kids, no more costly baby sitters. This format of training is safe, flexible and fun for the kids too.

Exercise During Pregnancy

Exercising during pregnancy is great for the mother and it's also beneficial to the baby as well

Our classes are designed for pregnant women looking to keep fit, prepare their body for labour and maintain well-being throughout the course of the pregnancy. Classes incorporate gentle stretching and relaxation techniques to prepare you body and mind for the 'BIG DAY'

 

Post natal programs are designed to increase fitness levels, strengthen back/pelvic floor/abdominals and help improve sleep patterns, whilst allowing you to socialise with new and expecting mums. These classes allow you to return to your post pregnancy weight in a structured and supportive manner
