·         Time efficient Fitness Interval Training sessions combining cardio, abs, toning and stretching all rolled into super 1 hour session of training.

·         Weekly weigh Ins and Measurements done in privacy to keep you on track with your goals, make you and your trainer accountable plus documenting your progress and results.

·         A 12 week Nutritional eating plan that has been hand written by Michelle Mallia – a 2 time Australasian Fitness Sculpting champion - which has been calorie controlled and set up for your body sculpting and toning success.

·         A 12 week Nutritional eating and Training diary, for you to track your eating, drinking, training, sleeping and feeling! You and your trainer will discuss what you are doing outside the times we don’t see you!  Step Up and their team of top master personal trainers will be coaching you 24/7.

·         Small group sizes mean personal attention. The maximum sized group at Step Up is 15 participants per trainer. If there is more than 15 participants to a group a second trainer will be appointed to your group to keep that personal touch and you get personal motivation and training. That is why we conduct group personal training sessions NOT boot camps! That’s so 2000, its now 2010 and group personal training is what is getting our members results!
